Kristin Downing started guiding paddle trips in 1980. What she loves about guiding is that “people really come together to help each other have this great experience”. Since 1990, when not on the river, she works with the Chintimini Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Corvallis Oregon, where she trains birds of prey for educational presentations.
